Operation Christmas Child - Shoebox Christmas

Operation Christmas Child                 Boxes Due by November 14         
CLC is again participating in Operation Christmas Child through the Shoe Box Campaign this year.  A small shoe box can have a BIG impact in the life of a child. Be a part of changing children's lives all over the world through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child. It is easy to do! Details and information may be found on the on-line at www.samaritanspurse.org .
† Bring a great deal of delight to a child by filling the box with small toys, school supplies, clothes, and hygiene items. Please, no candy or liquids.
† Plastic shoe boxes are perfect as they are reusable for many things. No need to wrap the box.
† Donate $9.00 (or more) for each shoe box you prepare to help cover the shipping and other costs. Write a check to Christ Lutheran Church and please note “OCC” on memo line.
† Place it in an envelope on top of the box. If you are preparing more than one shoe box, please make one combined donation.
† Place a rubber band around each shoe box and return to Christ Lutheran Church by no later than November 14, along with a completed gender/age label.
