DESCRIPTION:Operation Christmas Child                 Boxes Due by November 14          \n\nCLC is again participating in Operation Christmas Child through the Shoe Box Campaign this year.  A small shoe box can have a BIG impact in the life of a child. Be a part of changing children's lives all over the world through the power of a simple gift with Operation Christmas Child. It is easy to do! Details and information may be found on the on-line at www.samaritanspurse.org . \n\n  Bring a great deal of delight to a child by filling the box with small toys\, school supplies\, clothes\, and hygiene items. Please\, no candy or liquids.\n\n  Plastic shoe boxes are perfect as they are reusable for many things. No need to wrap the box.\n\n  Donate $9.00 (or more) for each shoe box you prepare to help cover the shipping and other costs. Write a check to Christ Lutheran Church and please note "OCC" on memo line. \n\n  Place it in an envelope on top of the box. If you are preparing more than one shoe box\, please make one combined donation. \n\n  Place a rubber band around each shoe box and return to Christ Lutheran Church by no later than November 14\, along with a completed gender/age label. \n\n  You may also donate on-line at www.samaritanspurse.org using the "Follow Your Box Donation" option\, or write a check to Christ Lutheran Church and please note "OCC" on memo line.
