WE NEED YOUR VOICE! Join us at one of many Community Listening Sessions for a short one hour listening session.
The Rivers + Roads group is offering a unique opportunity for community members to participate in a short presentation where we walk you through what's currently happening in the Somerset community with regard to it's growth and future planning and YOU get to play a part in that future by telling us your story and sharing your vision for Somerset's future!
All community members are welcome.

Rivers + Roads is an initiative sponsored by the Somerset Community Foundation, led by Kym Dunleap & Erin Hoff (members of SCF) and a strong steering committee; working in collaboration with Bridging Somerset (a Somerset Chamber of Commerce initiative to bring together community leaders and organizations to create a coordinated community strategic plan, working for smart growth for Somerset's future; https://
Rivers + Roads is an initiative where members of the public are invited to engage in the growth process by participating in hour-long listening sessions where community members share their own individual stories with each other and listen to others' stories, focused on the types of things we care about in Somerset and our individual visions for what we would like Somerset's future to be. Our mantra is "Sharing, Listening and Working Together while Collaborating to Create our Community's Path to Tomorrow." The data collected from our listening sessions will drive the SCF's work for the next few years and bring credibility to SCF's commitment to the community.
To date we've listened to over 150 amazing stories and counting...nd we can't wait to hear more!!
We will also have several listening sessions scheduled over the next several months and located throughout the community. We welcome all residents from the Town of Somerset, Village of Somerset, Town of Star Prairie, Town of St. Joseph, Town of Richmond and others to join us!
