PASSPORT FEES
  • Adults: $110 (4 to 8 weeks) (payable to US Dept. of State)
  • Passport Card: $30 (Age 16+) | $15 (Age < 15)
  • Children: $80 (under age 16)
  • Application Fee: $25 (All applicants - Payable to Postmaster)
  • Photograph: $15 (Two 2" x 2" photos - payable to Postmaster)
  • Expedited Services available for an additional $60 (approximately 2-3 weeks)
 
WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME?
 
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
 
Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (from a government agency with official seal), also a photo copy
Certificate of Naturalization and photo copy
Previously Issued U.S. Passport and photo copy
 
PROOF OF IDENTITY
 
Current Driver's License and photo copy of license (front and back on one sheet of paper)
Military ID and photo copy of ID
State Identification Card (If accompanied by someone with acceptable photo ID who has known the applicant for at least 2 years) and photo copy of ID
