Struggling to strengthen your core? Understanding how your core functions properly is a game changer for strengthening your core. Learn how to engage your core correctly, discover how core dysfunction like pelvic floor disorders or a diastasis recti may be impact your core strength. Each class will feature a 20 minute discussion on the core, followed by a 40 minute hands on class.
